About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Golang and Python Developer with strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and backend engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance cloud-native applications, designing scalable backend services, and ensuring reliable data management. You will contribute across the full development lifecycledesign, development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Skills Required :

Golang (Go) Strong proficiency

Python Advanced scripting & backend development

AWS Cloud Services Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.

Kubernetes / Docker Containerization & orchestration

Strong SQL & Database Programming (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)

Core Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain highly scalable backend services using Golang and Python.

- Build robust APIs and microservices deployed on AWS cloud environments.

- Integrate backend components with cloud infrastructure and 3rd-party services.

- Design and model database schemas based on application and business requirements.

- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.

- Perform database migration, data import/export, and schema updates.

- Ensure data integrity, normalization, and optimal performance across complex data flows.

- Manage user access, monitoring, performance tuning, indexing, and capacity planning.

- Implement backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and security configurations.

- Apply best practices in SQL programming and database optimization.

- Deploy and manage services using AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).

- Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration, scaling, and monitoring.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation.

- Implement data security, encryption, and compliance with relevant data regulations.

- Ensure application and database designs meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

- Work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Communicate technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best-practice adoption.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in backend or cloud engineering roles.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Golang, Python, AWS, SQL, and Kubernetes.

- Proven experience designing scalable backend architectures and database solutions.

- Experience with microservices and distributed systems is preferred.
