- Design and Develop Backend Services : Build, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang to ensure high performance and scalability.

- Containerized Applications with Kubernetes : Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8s) for orchestration, deployment, and scaling.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Utilize tools like Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management, ensuring seamless and reliable infrastructure management.

- Collaborate with Frontend and Other Teams : Work closely with frontend engineers and other stakeholders to integrate backend APIs and ensure seamless and cohesive user experiences.

- Optimize Server-Side Logic : Ensure high performance and responsiveness by optimizing the backend logic and server-side performance.

- Implement Security Best Practices : Adopt security best practices, including OAuth and role-based access control (RBAC), to secure applications and APIs.

- Monitor and Troubleshoot : Proactively monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of the backend systems.

- Mentor Junior Engineers : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to enhancing the overall backend development practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer or in a similar role with a strong focus on Golang.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and containerization practices.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications.
