Position Overview :

BrezQ Inc is hiring a Senior Golang Developer for an onsite role in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain stable, scalable backend services in production using Golang.

- Write clean, idiomatic Go code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using source code analysis, logs, and operational metrics.

- Analyze large datasets and write complex queries and scripts for data processing and reporting.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams including DevOps, QA, and product management.

- Contribute to technical design decisions, share expertise, and mentor junior team members.

- Document technical processes, architecture, and knowledge for maintainability and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 4 to 8 years' software development experience primarily using Golang.

- Strong experience building and supporting global-scale services in both production and non-production environments.

- Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes, caching systems (Redis, Memcached), messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), RESTful APIs, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

- Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Prior exposure to incident response and participation in on-call rotations.

- Deep understanding of observability tools including Prometheus, CloudWatch, Kibana, PagerDuty, or equivalents.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
