Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Golang Developer with strong system-level understanding and hands-on experience developing scalable services. The ideal candidate will excel in designing high-performance applications, streaming solutions, and microservices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software using Golang

- Build and optimize microservices and service-based architecture

- Work with Linux internals including memory, filesystem, and system-level operations

- Manage and configure servers such as Nginx and Apache, including load balancing setups

- Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems

- Work with relational databases and ensure seamless data querying and integration

- Handle source control using Git

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance services

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of software development experience

- Strong hands-on expertise in Golang

- Solid understanding of software design principles

- Deep knowledge of Linux OS and shell scripting

- Experience with server and proxy configurations

- Strong understanding of networking concepts

- Exposure to AV codecs, MPEG-TS, Adaptive Streaming protocols like DASH / HLS

- Strong analytical and debugging capabilities

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Core Java and Python

- Cloud computing experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)

- Experience in video streaming / performance testing

- Familiarity with ELK stack (Elasticsearch & Kibana)

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js

- Exposure to messaging systems like RabbitMQ
