Talentica Software, a distinguished boutique development firm trusted by over 180+ global startups, is seeking a high-caliber Senior Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Go (Golang).

You will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust, scalable server-side components and owning the development of complex features for our next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables

- Backend System Ownership : Design, develop, and own the backend server-side components, APIs, and infrastructure for high-traffic, public-facing portals.

- Core Systems Development : Hands-on development using Go (Golang), focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability of the core application logic.

- UI Integration (Full Stack) : Integrate developed server-side components (Java/Go) with the user interface components, ensuring seamless data flow and application performance.

- Frontend Development (Secondary) : Work with and potentially develop user interface components using modern frameworks (as indicated by the original mention of AngularJS 2.0/4.0), ensuring the UI is rich, responsive, and robust.

- Architecture & Design : Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, DevOps) to design and implement sophisticated infrastructure layers and application architecture.

- Innovation : Propose and implement ideas to enhance product performance, responsiveness, and overall feature richness.

Key Requirements & Core Competencies :

- Educational Excellence (Mandatory) : BE/B.Tech degree from a premier engineering institute such as IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, COEP (Pune), VJTI, or BHU ISM.

- Mandatory Technical Expertise : 4+ years of hands-on experience in the Go Programming Language (Golang).

- Foundational Strength : Strong knowledge and practical experience in Database design, complex Data Structures and Algorithms, and problem-solving with high aptitude.

- System Knowledge (Nice to Have) : Experience with technologies like Trion or Presto is an advantage.

- Mindset : A positive attitude, commitment to collaborative problem-solving, and a strong penchant for quality and performance in product development.
