Golang Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design sessions.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and automation.

- Work with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Stay updated with the latest Golang frameworks, libraries, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in Golang.

- Strong understanding of Golang concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.

- Experience in Microservices, API development, and distributed systems.

- Proficiency in databases (SQL MySQL/PostgreSQL, NoSQL MongoDB/Redis).

- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Familiarity with messaging/streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus.

- Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
