About the Role :

We are looking for a highly proficient Senior .NET Developer capable of steering multiple projects independently and architecting scalable enterprise solutions. In this role, you will be trusted with full ownership of application lifecycles across diverse internal systems. The ideal candidate possesses deep, up-to-date expertise in the modern .NET ecosystem and is a forward-thinking engineer who actively uses the Copilot AI tool for development to accelerate coding workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI-Assisted Development : Explicitly adopt and utilize the Copilot AI tool for development in day-to-day coding. Use it to rapidly generate boilerplate code, write comprehensive unit tests, accelerate refactoring, and optimize complex logic, ensuring a highly efficient development cycle.

- Multi-Application Delivery : Simultaneously manage, maintain, and scale multiple .NET applications, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness across all platforms.

- Independent Project Execution : Take complete ownership of the software development lifecycle. Architect, develop, test, and deploy solutions individually with minimal supervision, taking projects from conceptualization to production.

- Modernization & Standardization : Leverage all the latest knowledge of .NET technologies (.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, C# 12+). Ensure solutions align with modern cloud-native principles.

- Process Hygiene & CI/CD : Uphold rigorous engineering standards by enforcing structured GitHub branching strategies, maintaining clean CI/CD pipelines, and utilizing centralized project management tools (like ClickUp) for transparent task tracking.

Required Technical Skills :

- Core Frameworks : 6+ years of extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and MVC architectures.

- AI Tooling : Hands-on experience or a strong readiness to integrate the Copilot AI tool for development into the daily IDE environment.

- Database Management : Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and complex query writing.

- Cloud & DevOps : Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms and configuring CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions).
