We have urgent openings for GTM Data Team Lead.

Experience : 7 to 10 Years.

Location : Hyderabad.

WFO : 5 Days.

Shift timing : EST time zone.

Role Overview :

Senior GTM-focused data team lead for Global GTM Ops (SSO) who builds and maintains GTM dashboards and reporting, runs weekly business review (WBR) deliverables, supports forecasting and quarter-end packs, manages 2 direct analysts (1 senior, 1 junior), and handles BAU tickets and ad-hoc requests. (Team handling exp is mandate On paper Team Lead).

Primary Tasks / Responsibilities :

- Build, maintain, and refresh GTM dashboards (xBR dashboard, SA dashboard, Performance dashboards) in Hubble and dashboarding tools.

- Prepare and support weekly business reviews (WBR), including data refreshes, validation, commentary, and slide/deck support.

- Produce weekly deal lists and MBR/QBR data packs; review week-over-week changes and historical pacing.

- QA and troubleshoot queries and dashboards; triage bugs and work with Genesis / devs for fixes.

- Run/refresh SQL queries, update queries as product/metrics change.

- Monitor commit/status checks, ensure dashboard widgets/tabs function; perform dashboard discovery and incremental edits.

- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and support CRM/Salesforce reporting and issue analysis.

- Triage incoming requests via Slack/Asana and prioritize low-to-medium effort contractor tasks.

Must Have Skills :

- Advanced spreadsheet skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, complex formulas).

- Advanced SQL proficiency and GTM (Go to Market) (write, adapt, troubleshoot queries).

- Strong dashboarding and BI instincts (designing intuitive, commercial dashboards).

- Team lead / people management skills : prioritize, delegate, hold accountability.

- Strong written communication : convert complex analysis into concise commentary for leadership.

- Comfort working under tight deadlines and in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

- High attention to detail and process orientation for recurring weekly deliverables.

Must Have Tools :

- Google Sheets (daily).

- Tableau or other BI platform experience (SQL + dashboards).

- Google Slides (WBR decks).

- Asana (ticket tracking).

- Salesforce familiarity (reporting & data quality checks).
