Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau and a solid foundation in data analysis and reporting. This role involves working across the analytics layer of our multi-module platformspanning Quality, Knowledge Management, Helpdesk, Recruitment, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering insightful dashboards and high-level reports for senior stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.

- Translate business requirements into data-driven reports and actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineering, and operations.

- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from MySQL databases.

- Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Support strategic decision-making through meaningful data representation and interpretation.

Requirements :

- Proven hands-on experience with Tableau (design, development, and optimization).

- Strong command of MySQL and data analysis techniques.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to understand business goals and translate them into clear, data-backed visual stories.

- Experience working with product, project, or engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
