Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

- Design and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura).

- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.

- Configure and administer Salesforce including user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, etc.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs, SSO, and middleware tools.

- Utilize SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS in custom development.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and documentation processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of business solutions.

- Lead junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com development

- At least 2 years of leadership/technical solutioning experience

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Apex Design Patterns

- Minimum 5 years in Salesforce Configuration & Admin tasks

- Solid experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS (4+ years)

- Strong understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura Components

- Knowledge of OO programming languages (Java or C#) 2+ years

- Experience with Salesforce APIs, Web Services Integration (REST/SOAP), and SSO

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)

- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model and data modeling concepts

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ant, or SFDX for deployments

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have :

- Experience with DevOps automation, SFDX CLI, and sandbox management

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence
