Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Solution Architect with 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, solution architecture, digital transformation, cloud and AI-led solutions.

The role is suitable for both strong technical architects and techno-functional/solutioning professionals who can understand business requirements, translate them into scalable technology solutions and work closely with engineering, product, business and client teams.

The candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications and AI platforms, supporting modernization initiatives, and driving technology solutions across AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud, Full-Stack Applications and Distributed Systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise applications and digital platforms.

- Understand business requirements, functional needs, technical constraints and existing technology landscapes to define appropriate target architecture, solution designs and transformation approaches.

- Analyze application dependencies, system integrations, data flows and technology gaps and recommend modernization opportunities.

- Design scalable, reusable and modular solutions across cloud, applications, APIs, data and AI platforms.

- Work with technical and business stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, architecture principles, implementation approaches and technology recommendations.

- Drive AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives, including LLM/SLM-based solutions, Agentic AI, AI orchestration and production deployment.

- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve business processes, customer experience, application development and IT operations.

- Work with data scientists, ML engineers and development teams to translate AI use cases into production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.

- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams on AWS/cloud architecture, APIs, distributed systems, DevOps, CI/CD, application modernization and production environments.

- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, reliability, security, maintainability and extensibility.

- Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, solution workshops, client presentations, requirement discussions and technology evaluations.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and AI solutions clearly to CXO, business and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Technical & Functional Skills :

- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, System Design and Distributed Systems.

- Experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture is required.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, application integration, microservices and enterprise application platforms.

- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java or C/C++.

- Exposure to LLM/SLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI model serving, fine-tuning and AI orchestration is required.

- Knowledge of TensorFlow/PyTorch, DynamoDB, Oracle PL/SQL, GitLab and DevOps/CI-CD will be an advantage.

- Experience with Angular and Node.js is good to have.

Business & Solutioning Skills :

- Strong ability to understand business problems and convert them into technology solutions.

- Experience in solution consulting, technical solutioning, architecture assessments, technology roadmaps, modernization strategies and client-facing solution discussions is highly desirable.

- Candidates should be comfortable working across technical and business teams and influencing architecture and technology decisions without necessarily being hands-on developers.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in Technology / IT Services / Software / Digital Transformation.

- Strong experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture / Enterprise Architecture.

- Experience with Cloud/AWS and enterprise application architecture.

- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, LLM/SLM or Agentic AI.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs and modern application architecture.

- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in architecture design, solutioning and technology transformation.

Good to Have :

- AWS certification, experience with Agentic AI implementations, proven business impact from AI solutions, Kubernetes/containers, DevOps automation, Angular, Node.js, TensorFlow/PyTorch and experience explaining AI concepts at both business and technical levels.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Technology, Business or a related discipline.

- Relevant AWS, Cloud, AI, Enterprise Architecture or technology certifications will be an advantage.
