- Lead the creation of niche industry offerings, solution accelerators, platforms, and frameworks across the technology infrastructure ecosystem (telecom OEMs, telecom service providers, ODMs, data center infrastructure companies including server, storage, networking).

- Identify white space opportunities driven by emerging technologies.

- Seed and scale AI-first offerings for data center stack, hyperconnected and hyperconverged infrastructure, SDX, autonomous networks, network management & optimization using rApps and SMO integration, NTN, 5G/6G Product Engineering, among other areas.

- Partner with sales and account teams to craft consulting-led propositions, build pipeline, shape proposals, and support strategic deal closures.

- Represent the unit at industry conferences, analyst briefings, and thought-leadership forums to enhance brand visibility.

- Publish viewpoints, whitepapers, and technology frameworks that showcase LTTS expertise in the industry.

Customer & Ecosystem Engagement :

- Trusted technical advisor to client CTOs, Chief Architects, and engineering VPs.

- Provide technical thought leadership in customer discussions, deal shaping, and co-innovation initiatives.

Technology Leadership & Talent Development :

- Build and scale a high-performing global team of domain consultants, architects, product specialists, and engineering experts.

- Define competency frameworks and skill roadmaps for emerging technologies.

- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Key Requirements :

- 15+ years of experience in R&D or Product Engineering function for Telecommunication and Data Center industry players.

- Minimum 710 years in a technology leadership and evangelist role.

- Must have deep expertise in Telecom Domain.

- Good understanding and knowledge of Data Infrastructure Domain strongly preferred.

Strong understanding and extensive experience in relevant areas including :

- Telecom standards and protocols (3GPP, ETSI).

- 4G/5G architecture, LTE/NR node bring-up, IP/MPLS, DWDM, GPON, Product Engineering Experience with RAN, CORE, TRANSPORT, OSS/BSS systems.

- SON (Self-Organizing Networks), Open RAN & Automation with rApps, xApps, SMO integration for AI-driven network optimization.

- Deep understanding of Telco value chain : OSS/BSS, SON, IP RAN, packet networks, IMS, HLR/HSS, AAA.

- Cloud & Virtualization: Network slicing, NFV/SDN, containerized DU/CU deployments.

- AI Data Centre Stack: Compute (AI accelerators, high-density servers), networking, storage, orchestration, Virtualization, and AI frameworks, Photonic Systems & Fibre optic infrastructure.

- Strong global exposure with key clients in North America, Europe, and APAC.

- Experience in engineering services / system integrator environment strongly preferred.
