Give - Technical Lead - Python/Django

The grants platform at Give :

We deal with large amounts of data of multiple CSR stakeholders and are building India's largest and easy-to use CSR platform to meet the needs of CSR clients of all sizes.

To build this platform, we are looking for top-talent for our engineering team tech leaders, who are competent/experienced and love to continue to code at senior levels.

We value commitment to work over skills or experience.

Requirements :

- Experience with Django/Python.

- Good and organized coding skills. This role needs a strong developer.

- Experience with JavaScript/CSS and frontend frameworks is a plus.

- Significant attention to detail is key for this role.

- Interest and experience with low-code tools is a plus.

- Experience with git.

Responsibilities :

- Owning tech modules entirely from design to deployment.

- System design, creating relevant models around existing data for efficient analysis and aggregation.

- Create relevant techniques/algorithms to aggregate and/or analyse data from multiple stakeholders.

- Perform code reviews of peers and mentor juniors.
