GitLab Expert/Architect

Job Description :

We are looking for a GitLab Expert/Architect with SME experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing GitLab environments, CI/CD pipelines, and driving DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities :

- Architect and manage GitLab (SaaS or Self-Managed) environments.

- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.

- Establish GitLab governance, security, and best practices.

- Design and manage scalable GitLab Runner infrastructure.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

- Integrate GitLab with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.

- Drive DevSecOps adoption, including security scanning and compliance controls.

- Improve pipeline performance, developer productivity, and platform reliability.

- Support migrations from Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD platforms to GitLab.

- Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Requirements :

- Experience supporting large enterprise GitLab environments.

- GitLab migration and modernization experience.

- GitLab Certifications are a plus.
