Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer at Gigaforce, you will be the backbone of our infrastructure, ensuring that our deployment pipelines and cloud environments remain resilient, secure, and highly available. You will work closely with cross-functional development and QA teams to bridge the gap between code and production, automating workflows that accelerate delivery cycles.

Your daily contributions will directly influence the stability of our platforms, ensuring that our end-users experience seamless performance while maintaining the operational integrity of our cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, reducing manual intervention and accelerating time-to-market for new features.

- Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker to ensure high availability and efficient resource utilization across production clusters.

- Implement robust monitoring and alerting frameworks using Prometheus and Grafana to provide real-time visibility into system health and performance metrics.

- Deploy and manage event-streaming architectures using Kafka to support high-throughput data processing requirements for our core platforms.

- Execute infrastructure-as-code strategies within AWS and Azure environments to ensure consistency, security, and reproducibility across all deployment stages.

- Utilize Argo CD to implement GitOps practices, ensuring that cluster states are synchronized and deployments remain predictable and auditable.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to architect and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments with a focus on security and performance.

- Proven expertise in building and optimizing CI/CD workflows, with a deep understanding of modern deployment strategies and automation tools.

- Strong proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, including networking, security groups, and storage optimization.

- Ability to design comprehensive observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.

- Experience in managing distributed messaging systems like Kafka to support scalable, event-driven application architectures.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams to troubleshoot complex production issues.

- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, with a track record of maintaining high-uptime environments.

- Adaptability to work from our Noida office, contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team environment.
