About the Role :

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Product Strategy & Business Operations team.

This role will play a key part in analyzing and reporting product usage data across the Genesys portfolio.

Your insights will directly support strategic decision-making and improve the understanding of how our customers engage with our products.

Key Responsibilities :

Reporting & Data Analysis :

- Support internal and external reporting of Product Usage.

- Gather, validate, and interpret data to ensure accuracy and consistency in all reports.

- Execute SQL queries to fill data gaps and build more complete data sets.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and quality.

Visualization & Dashboards :

- Assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards to automate metrics and streamline reporting.

- Support the development of PowerPoint presentations for executive and corporate meetings.

- Provide actionable insights through data visualization and storytelling.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business reporting needs.

- Document reporting processes and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, reporting analyst, or data analyst role.

- Knowledge in Tableau (or similar BI tools) and strong Excel skills.

- Experience executing SQL/manual queries to extract and manipulate data.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.

- Experience in corporate reporting.

- Knowledge of Genesys' products and services a plus.
