Key Responsibilities :
- Perform 24x7 operational readiness for GenAI security platforms, with defined SLAs and consequence management workflows.
- Partner with Security Operations Center to triage, contain, and remediate incidents.
- Ensure observability, logging, and monitoring provide full operational transparency.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically adept, and comfortable working in a high-availability environment supporting critical AI operations
- Monitor GenAI platform dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics around the clock.
- Detect and assess incidents, classify severity, and initiate response protocols.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely incident logs.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling sensitive or customer-facing AI outputs.
- Proven experience in a support or operations role, preferably within the AI or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of Gen AI products and security operations.
- Strong Security foundational knowledge (ideally in the following categories : SaaS, Network Security, Data Security, Risk)
Education :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience :
- 1 - 3 years in technical support, IT operations, or AI/ML systems monitoring.
