Job Title : GenAI Full-Stack Lead Engineer

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Full-Stack Lead Engineer who can design and develop scalable, production-ready applications across frontend, backend, and AI-driven systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building RAG pipelines, working with LLM APIs, developing agent-based AI systems, and deploying solutions on AWS (especially Bedrock). Experience in the FinTech domain is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Full-Stack Development :

- Build and maintain scalable, user-facing applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.

- Develop backend services using Node.js or Python, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and system integrations.

- Ensure application performance, reliability, and high coding standards across the stack.

2. GenAI & Agent-Based Systems :

- Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines (data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, and retrieval optimization).

- Integrate and manage LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock).

- Develop intelligent LLM agents and workflows capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and task automation.

- Build internal systems for prompt management, guardrails, caching, evaluation, and fallback strategies.

- Optimize models for performance, cost efficiency, safety, and output quality.

3. Cloud & DevOps :

- Deploy and scale applications on AWS using services like Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and RDS.

- Set up CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes across environments.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing for system observability.

- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus.

4. FinTech Solutions :

- Develop AI-driven features for financial systems with a focus on accuracy, security, and compliance.

- Handle structured and unstructured financial data, including documents and transaction datasets.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and domain-specific constraints.

- Collaborate with product, risk, compliance, and engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 8 years of experience in full-stack software development.

- Strong expertise in React/Next.js and backend technologies like Node.js or Python.

- Hands-on experience with AWS deployments, especially AWS Bedrock.

- Proficiency in Python ecosystem tools such as FastAPI, Pydantic, Docker, Terraform, and AWS Lambda.

- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval tuning.

- Experience working with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

- Proven experience building agent-based AI systems.

- Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and secure software architecture.

- Mandatory experience in the FinTech domain (payments, lending, banking, risk, fraud, etc.).

Good to Have :

- Experience with model fine-tuning or reinforcement learning for domain adaptation.

- Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, SOC2, and GDPR.

- Exposure to event-driven and serverless architectures.
