Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced Generative AI Engineers with a strong background in Snowflake and PySpark to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GenAI model development and integration with cloud data warehouses for real-world applications.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI (GenAI) models using frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.

- Execute full-cycle Machine Learning workflows, including data preparation, model training, validation, tuning, and deployment.

- Use Snowflake for data storage, complex querying, and seamless pipeline integration with GenAI models.

- Build scalable and efficient PySpark data pipelines to support AI/ML processing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features and insights.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (LLMs, Transformers, Prompt Engineering)

- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, including model deployment and monitoring

- Expertise in Snowflake: SQL, data modeling, integrations

- Strong proficiency in PySpark and distributed data processing

- Knowledge of integrating ML pipelines into cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow)

- Prior exposure to contract-based, fast-paced environments

- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently during the assigned shift

Primary Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models and frameworks

- Solid expertise in Machine Learning, including data preprocessing, model building, tuning, and deployment

- Snowflake

Secondary Skills :

- Working knowledge of Snowflake for data storage, querying, and pipeline integration

- Understanding of how ML workflows integrate with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses

Preferred :

- Experience working in a fast-paced contract environment

- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently during shift hours
