We are seeking a talented and innovative Generative AI Developer to join our team and lead the development of custom GenAI applications. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving LLMs, multimodal models, and prompt engineering to build intelligent, scalable, and impactful solutions tailored to our business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom GenAI applications using LLM models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini).

- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases.

- Build and integrate APIs for GenAI services into web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into GenAI-powered features.

- Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and reliability.

- Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial GenAI tools and frameworks.

- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and model safety in all deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), JavaScript, or other relevant languages.

- Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI.

- Familiarity with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

- Experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

- Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
