We're looking for an experienced GenAI Developer to join our team. You'll be a key player in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI applications and intelligent chatbots. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in Node.js, Python, and modern web technologies, coupled with extensive experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in integrating OpenAI APIs, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), and implementing robust Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. You'll leverage your expertise to create innovative AI-powered solutions that drive significant impact.

What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack generative AI applications and chatbots using Node.js, Python, and modern web frameworks (React/Vue).

- Integrate and fine-tune OpenAI APIs and other LLMs to power intelligent conversational experiences.

- Implement and optimize RAG systems for enhanced AI responses and knowledge retrieval.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient AI solutions.

- Develop and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration with various systems.

- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to support application data needs.

- Leverage Azure cloud services for deploying, managing, and scaling AI applications.

- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance and ensure desired outputs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.

Key Skills You'll Bring :

- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

- Proficiency in Node.js and Python for backend development.

- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.

- Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI concepts and application development.

- Hands-on experience building and deploying chatbots.

- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with OpenAI APIs and various Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Proven ability in Prompt Engineering to guide AI model behavior.

- Solid understanding and implementation experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

- Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.

- Proficiency in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

- Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
