Generative AI Consulting Manager - Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of complex GenAI solutions.

- Architect and implement end-to-end GenAI pipelines.

- Translate business problems into technical solutions using LLMs and related tools.

- Manage and mentor junior developers and AI engineers.

- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions in production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and designers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of total experience with at least 2+ years in Generative AI.

- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and chaining techniques.

- Experience building agentic workflows and RAG pipelines.

- Hands-on with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.

- Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar LLM APIs.

- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).

- Ability to lead teams, manage deliverables, and mentor peers.

- Strong communication skills to present technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with MLOps and data engineering principles is a plus.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI applications.

- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments
