Role Summary :

We are seeking a Cloud Data Warehouse & BI Developer to design, build, and maintain modern analytics solutions on Power BI. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable data models, automated pipelines, and high-quality dashboards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data models and dashboards.

- Analyze source systems and identify required tables/views for modeling.

- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models aligned to business KPIs and best practices.

- Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes on AWS.

- Develop and maintain robust SQL-based transformations, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability at scale.

- Tune and optimize Power BI performance (query optimization, model design, refresh strategy).

- Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and support operational handoffs (runbooks, monitoring checks).

- Collaborate across time zones with onshore teams; participate in agile ceremonies and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI

- DAX, Power Query, data modeling (star schema), visualization best practices, performance tuning

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS

- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data architecture concepts, and analytics engineering practices.

- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and complex transformations.

- Proven ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and manage deliverables in an offshore model.
