Job Purpose :

The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and implement applications from scratch, configure and enhance existing systems, and provide user support.

The role also involves leading the .NET Scrum Squad within Geidea Egypts Engineering team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative software solutions.

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership :

- Collaborate with Product Owners and Test Managers to plan and execute sprints effectively.

- Lead the .NET squad in designing software and building scalable microservices architecture.

- Drive the development of clean, secure, and maintainable code using .NET Core and related technologies.

- Oversee application testing, deployment, and post-release support to ensure reliability.

- Continuously improve, refactor, and debug applications to enhance performance and functionality.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and user support.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent field with strong programming background.

Experience :

- 8- 10 years of hands-on .NET development experience, including 2+ years as a Lead Developer.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Angular TypeScript.

- Proven experience in building user interfaces, Web APIs, and microservices components.

- At least 2 years experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Payment/Fintech domain experience is a strong plus.
