GeBBS - Power BI Developer - Data Analytics

Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Working Hours : should be flexoble between 12pm -12am ( 9 hours )

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

- Connect to various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud services, etc.).

- Perform data modeling, data cleaning, and transformation using Power Query.

- Write and optimize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) formulas.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization of reports.

- Schedule and manage data refreshes and gateway configurations.

- Maintain documentation for dashboards and data models.

- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI.

- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with ETL processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).

- Demonstrated expertise with Power BI toolsets.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree.

- 2+ years of experience in BI/reporting roles.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.

- High attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
