Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, implement, and manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments for scalable and reliable operations.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.

- Manage cloud networking, security policies, IAM roles, and firewall configurations.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GoCD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Write automation scripts in Python or shell to streamline deployment and monitoring processes.

- Lead or support cloud migration initiatives from on-premise or other cloud environments to GCP.

- Collaborate with developers, architects, and cross-functional global teams to ensure DevOps best practices are embedded into SDLC.

- Ensure 24x7 uptime, reliability, performance, and security for production environments.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and deployment-related issues.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and follow Agile development methodologies.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or enterprise IT infrastructure.

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools.

- Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GoCD), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.

- Strong understanding of cloud networking, firewall rules, IAM, and GCP security practices.

- Experience with cloud monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.

- Exposure to cloud migration strategies and tools.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect).

- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver)
