- Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.

- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical specifications.

- Design and maintain databases and data models to support BI solutions.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.

- Create and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.

- Optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI platforms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in BI development and data analysis.

- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

- Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

- Strong understanding of data visualization principles.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Qualifications :

- Work experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

- Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

- Experience with big data technologies (e., Hadoop, Spark).

- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.

- Relevant certifications in BI or data analytics (e., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Certification)
