We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), custom theme development, and WordPress performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be able to build dynamic, scalable websites and contribute to custom module development using ACF, custom post types, and WordPress best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain WordPress websites with custom functionality using ACF

- Work on custom themes and override templates as required

- Create Custom Post Types (CPTs) and structured ACF field groups

- Build dynamic content layouts using ACF Repeater, Flexible Content, Relationship fields, etc.

- Integrate ACF data with front-end components using PHP & WordPress hooks

- Implement responsive UI/UX based on provided designs (Figma, XD, PSD, etc.)

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, compatibility, and security

- Collaborate with designers, QA, and backend teams on project deliverables

- Optimize sites for performance, SEO, caching, and Core Web Vitals

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with ACF Pro

- Solid experience in :

1. PHP (WordPress context)

2. WordPress Hooks & Filters

3. Custom Theme Development

4. CPT creation & Taxonomies

5. Template Overrides

6. REST API usage

- Experience working with :

1. MySQL (basic queries)

2. JavaScript/jQuery

3. HTML5/CSS3

- Working knowledge of Git version control

Nice to Have :

- Experience in WooCommerce (optional)

- Experience using page builders (Elementor/Gutenberg) when needed

- Knowledge of WordPress deployment workflows (staging ? prod)

- Understanding of caching layers (object cache, page cache, CDN)

- Exposure to site security practices (SQLi, XSS, CSRF mitigation)

Soft Skills :

- Good communication and collaboration abilities

- Ability to understand functional requirements and convert into technical tasks

- Ownership mindset toward deliverables and timelines
