About the Role :

Were looking for a skilled UI Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. Youll be responsible for transforming design concepts into seamless, interactive user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. What You'll Do :

- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS, CSS Modules, Styled Components), and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Build modern, scalable web applications using React.js and other frameworks (Angular/Vue.js as needed).

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect implementations.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization for web applications.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.

- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code following industry best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain UI quality standards.

- Stay updated with emerging UI technologies and propose improvements to workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a UI Developer.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern JS framework (React preferred; experience with Material-UI or TailwindCSS is a plus).

- Strong understanding of responsive UI principles, grid systems, interaction patterns, and usability best practices.

- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.

- Familiarity with Git version control and agile workflows.

- Comfortable collaborating with UI/UX designers using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to deliver pixel-perfect implementations.

- Knowledge of UI performance optimization and SEO best practices is a plus.

- High attention to detail in planning, testing, and delivering UI features.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical decisions clearly to both design and engineering teams.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.

- Adaptability to fast-paced, iterative environments (startup or agile team experience preferred).
