GammaStack - Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Design and implement scalable, secure software architectures for web, mobile, and cloud-based apps

- Translate business needs into system design specifications

- Select appropriate technologies and platforms

Technology Leadership :

- Mentor engineering teams and review architectural decisions

- Enforce coding standards and development practices

Project Involvement :

- Work closely with product managers and developers to align tech solutions with business goals

- Support planning with estimations and feasibility assessments

Quality & Performance :

- Ensure solutions are optimized for scalability and maintainability

- Lead system reviews and performance tuning

Documentation & Governance :

- Maintain architectural documentation

- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in microservices, serverless architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Strong backend/frontend tech experience (Java/.NET/Python, Node.js, React/Angular)

- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

- Database expertise : SQL and NoSQL

- Strong communication and agile experience

Nice to Have :

- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure Architect)

- Experience with DevOps, Terraform, or Ansible

- Exposure to AI/ML, Blockchain, or IoT technologies
