Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our innovative product engineering team at Fusion Galaxxy.

The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining backend microservices, integrating AI/ML modules, and ensuring scalable cloud deployments for our next-generation insurance automation platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django).

- Architect and implement microservices for modular and scalable product growth.

- Work with databases such as MongoDB and Firebase, focusing on design, integration, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with frontend, AI/ML, and DevOps teams for seamless end-to-end solution delivery.

- Integrate third-party services, ML models, and OCR/computer vision tools (pytesseract, OpenCV).

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployment workflows (preferably on AWS EC2).

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production issues.

- Maintain clean code practices, perform code reviews, and document technical processes.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Python development experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Experience with REST API development and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.

- Familiarity with microservices, Docker, and asynchronous programming.

- Proficiency in MongoDB; experience with Firebase/Firestore is a plus.

- Comfortable with Linux environments, Git version control, and deployment pipelines.

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS EC2 and S3.

- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn emerging technologies.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to AI/ML workflows and model integration.

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or Infrastructure-as-Code.

- Understanding of frontend integration (React, Next.js) is a plus.

- Prior experience in insurance, fintech, or SaaS-based products will be advantageous
