Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter PLM Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter customization, configuration, development, and enterprise PLM implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills and experience working with Teamcenter technologies such as ITK, RAC, and SOA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.

- Work on Teamcenter customization using ITK, RAC, and SOA.

- Configure and customize PLM workflows, business rules, forms, and data models.

- Develop and support integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable PLM solutions.

- Participate in end-to-end PLM implementation, enhancement, and support activities.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and other technical teams.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and technical documentation.

- Ensure development follows coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter Customization & Configuration.

- Good knowledge of ITK, RAC, and SOA.

- Experience with PLM workflows and enterprise integrations.

- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in enterprise PLM implementations.

- Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture and data model.

- Experience in requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Teamcenter upgrades/migrations.

- Knowledge of Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC).

- Experience with Teamcenter integration technologies.

- Knowledge of PLM processes such as Change Management, BOM, and Configuration Management.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Education :

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
