Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer with 5+ years of experience in software development and strong expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs, Azure, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions, intelligent AI agents, and AI-powered applications using Microsoft technologies and modern AI integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered and Agentic AI solutions using C#, .NET, and Azure.

- Develop and integrate AI Agents for intelligent automation, reasoning, tool usage, and workflow orchestration.

- Build scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise data, embeddings, vector databases, and LLMs.

- Integrate and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise AI applications.

- Design and develop REST APIs and RESTful services for AI and enterprise application integration.

- Integrate AI agents with REST APIs, enterprise applications, databases, third-party systems, and external tools.

- Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) based integrations and AI agent/tool connectivity patterns.

- Work with ATOA/AI orchestration and integration patterns for connecting AI agents with enterprise systems and tools.

- Utilize Azure AI and other Azure services to build secure, scalable, and production-ready AI applications.

- Implement prompt engineering, context management, grounding, evaluation, and optimization techniques for LLM-based solutions.

- Develop backend services and microservices using C#/.NET and .NET Core.

- Implement appropriate API security, authentication, authorization, and integration mechanisms.

- Collaborate with architects, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the performance, reliability, scalability, and security of AI applications.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring of junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

- Strong experience with REST APIs / RESTful web services.

- Experience with API integration, authentication, authorization, and API security.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.

- Experience building Generative AI and LLM-based applications.

- Strong practical knowledge of Agentic AI and AI Agents.

- Experience developing RAG-based applications.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI APIs.

- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI agent/tool integration.

- Understanding of ATOA / AI orchestration and integration patterns.

- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external tools.

- Good understanding of microservices and cloud-based architectures.

- Strong programming, debugging, problem-solving, and software design skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.

- Experience with Azure AI Foundry.

- Knowledge of Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar AI/agent frameworks.

- Experience with vector databases/search technologies such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or equivalent.

- Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.

- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.

- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
