Key Responsibilities :

- Perform hands-on functional testing of PLM applications.

- Translate business workflows and requirements into test scenarios.

- Create test scripts and execute functional test cases.

- Own test planning, strategy, and execution.

- Manage defect triage and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Work with application owners and development teams to ensure quality releases.

- Independently drive testing activities as an Individual Contributor (IC).

Mandatory Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in software/functional testing.

- Strong PLM domain knowledge.

- Hands-on experience testing PLM applications.

- Strong Teamcenter (TC) functional testing experience.

- Experience with test strategy, planning, scripting, and execution.

- Strong defect management and triage experience.

- Ability to independently coordinate with stakeholders and application owners.
