Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather requirements and design OTL setups : time categories, time entry layouts, projects/tasks, schedules, HCM group eligibility.
- Configure time rules (fast formulas/rule sets) for overtime, shift differentials, premiums, and validations.
- Build and test time collection devices/interfaces and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Align OTL with Absence Management and Global Payroll; troubleshoot end-to-end pay-impact issues.
- Execute unit/SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare; create user training and support materials.
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM 6 Time and Labor (OTL).
- Partner with HR/Payroll to design time-entry policies, schedules, and rules, ensuring accurate calculations and seamless integrations to Absence and Payroll.
Must-Have Skills :
- 7+ years with Oracle Fusion HCM; 5+ years hands-on OTL configuration.
- Strong knowledge of time entry profiles, time processing profiles, time rules, HCM groups, and approval workflows.
- Experience with Fast Formulas (OTL/Payroll), HDL, and OTBI for time reports.
- Integration exposure (HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs) and issue triage across OTL/Absence/Payroll.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with project costing or manufacturing time capture.
- Knowledge of time devices (Kronos/UKG, TCP, etc.) and file/API integrations.
- Oracle certifications (Fusion HCM/Payroll/OTL).
Deliverables :
- Requirements & solution design docs, configuration workbooks, test scripts/results, training guides, and support runbooks.
Client Environment :
- Oracle Fusion HCM (OTL, Absence, Payroll); multi-entity, high-volume time capture.
