Full Stack Web Developer - Node.js/React.js

Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Web Developer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in modern web development.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WordPress, React, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of front-end and backend technologies.

You should be fluent in English, capable of leading a small team, and passionate about building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React, Node.js, WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Customize, optimize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and manage backend logic with Node.js.

- Lead and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring clean code practices and timely project delivery.

- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and clients to deliver responsive, high-performance web experiences.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.

- Ensure scalability, performance, and security best practices in all web applications.

- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

- Advanced knowledge of WordPress (custom theme and plugin development).

- Experience in backend development using Node.js, Express.js, or PHP.

- Solid understanding of MySQL or other databases.

- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.

- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small development team.
