We are on the lookout for a hardcore hands-on Full Stack Technology Lead who loves solving complex problems and building scalable fintech platforms. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on senior technologist who loves writing clean code, mentoring tech teams, and solving complex fintech problems - all while working with Java, React, Spring, REST APIs, modern front-end frameworks, and highly scalable architectures.

Reporting to : Global CTO (US-based)

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Technology Lead, you will :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in building next-gen fintech products.

- Own end-to-end technical design, architecture, and delivery.

- Code hands-on in Java, React (or Angular), and modern backend frameworks.

- Work directly with the global CTO and product teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and performant technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

- Design and implement intuitive front-end interfaces using React (preferred) or Angular.

- Architect microservices-based solutions for scalability and fault-tolerance.

- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive quality practices like unit testing and CI/CD.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and contribute to team growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies in an Agile/Scrum setup.

Tech Stack :

- Backend : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs

- Frontend : React (preferred), Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Database : SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB is a plus)

- DevOps & Tools : Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure (any cloud experience is a plus)

- Others : Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies

Role Qualification :

- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

- Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and front-end frameworks.

- Experience in building and deploying microservices architectures.

- Ability to lead and mentor development teams in an Agile environment.

- Strong coding, debugging, and architectural skills - not a people manager, but a coder at heart

- Excellent communication skills - ability to work with global stakeholders.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to fintech or payments domain.

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging queues.

- Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Prior experience working with US-based or remote global teams.
