The company is building scalable enterprise-grade products and is looking for experienced engineers who can contribute to high-performance cloud-native applications used by global clients.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Architect with strong expertise in Node.js (Backend) and React.js (Frontend) to join the product engineering team.

This is a US client-facing role, where you will work closely with enterprise clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate should come from a product-based company and have experience building large-scale SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand and analyze functional and technical requirements from US enterprise clients

- Lead backend development using Node.js, APIs, and microservices architecture

- Contribute to frontend development using React.js

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems

- Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployments and system scaling

- Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system stability

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews and technical guidance

- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

- Take ownership of deliverables and demonstrate a high level of initiative and accountability

Technical Skills Required :

Core Skills :

- Strong expertise in Node.js (Mandatory)

- Solid experience with React.js

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Experience building scalable backend systems

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

- Understanding of cloud deployments and distributed systems

Database :

- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

Architecture :

- Experience designing enterprise-level applications

- Knowledge of system scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices

Required Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of overall software development experience

- Prior experience in product-based companies

- Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms

- Exposure to client-facing roles with US customers

- Ability to convert business requirements into technical architecture

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working on AI-driven or data-driven platforms

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience building high-scale SaaS products
