Position Overview :

As Full Stack Team Leader, you will be the primary driver of our development engagementsguiding a small, skilled team to deliver robust, scalable software solutions for leading apparel and retail clients. You will define architecture, allocate resources, manage code quality, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-impact technical outcomes.

Your role is critical in ensuring project success : from initial planning through deployment and maintenance. You will face the challenge of integrating diverse technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, React) into cohesive platforms while maintaining agility and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor and performance-manage a team of 3-4 full-stack developers.

- Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using Node.js, Java, Python, React and REST APIs.

- Oversee code reviews, version control workflows and ensure compliance with coding standards.

- Develop and maintain scalable database designs and application architectures.

- Allocate resources, manage project timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and QA leads to refine requirements and resolve technical challenges.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools and deployment pipelines.

- Ensure system stability, security and performance through monitoring and proactive maintenance.
