Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain scalable backend and frontend services for retail solutions

- Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact features for retail customers worldwide

- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers

- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in a cloud-native environment

Key Skills (Must-Have) :

- 4+ years of Development experience with TypeScript, ReactJS and NodeJS (NestJS & RxJS)

- 2+ years with Go (Golang), including Goroutines, Channels, and idiomatic Go practices

- Working experience in Databases like Redis, SQLite, MongoDB

- Solid understanding of Microservices

- Awareness of Cloud concepts - Containers, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm Charts

- Strong focus on unit testing and code quality

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have skills :

- Experience in JavaScript based test frameworks - Cypress, Playwright etc.

- Development experience in building Cloud Native applications

- Familiarity with Distributed Messaging mechanism including but not limited to MQTT PUB/SUB mechanisms

- Experience optimizing internet-scale applications

- Understanding of Observability Pillars: Logging, Tracing, Metrics
