Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced PHP Lead with strong expertise in Laravel, React JS, and production support.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in leading teams, working in agile environments, and delivering scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team and drive end-to-end development and support activities

- Handle production support, issue resolution, and enhancements

- Develop applications using PHP (7.x / 8.x)

- Build and integrate REST APIs

- Work on frontend development using React JS

- Collaborate in an agile environment for new and existing projects

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in PHP development

- Strong expertise in Laravel and React JS

- Hands-on experience in production support and issue fixing

- Experience with MySQL and REST APIs

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Git

- Prior experience in a Team Lead role

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with Symfony / Angular / Java

- Understanding of scalable application
