Full Stack Lead - .Net Core/React.js

Were looking for a Full Stack Developer (Lead) to drive end-to-end development, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-performing enterprise applications.

Youll collaborate with architects, BAs, product owners, and engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using modern Microsoft and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a full-stack team across the software lifecycle (design development deployment support).

- Design & implement enterprise applications using .NET 8, C#, React, Node.js, Azure/AWS.

- Architect & build microservices and micro-frontends (MFE).

- Manage Agile ceremonies, reporting (dashboards, velocity, burn-downs), and conflict resolution.

- Drive CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, cloud deployments (Azure services, Docker, AKS, Redis).

- Ensure best practices: SOLID principles, testing, code reviews, scalability, security.

- Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure 24/7 availability.

What You Bring :

- 11+ years in . NET Core/.NET 8, C#, React, Node.js, SQL, Azure/AWS.

- Strong in Microservices, REST APIs, Database Design, CI/CD, GitHub/Jenkins.

- Proven delivery in product/app development using Microsoft stack.

- Hands-on in React Native, Redux, Material/Bootstrap, TypeScript, SCSS.

- Experience with multi-shore projects and Agile/Scrum/Kanban.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Supply Chain domain.

- Knowledge of ETL, DevOps, and cloud observability tools.
