Job Title : Full Stack Lead (Java)

Experience : 8 - 10 years

Overview :

You will manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, guide the team, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect microservices-based solutions with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.

- Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring coding best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

- Utilize AI tools to enhance development productivity.

Required Skills :

- Strong Java Spring Framework & Hibernate expertise.

- Front-end skills : React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.

- Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD, and containerization.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

- Git, Agile/Scrum knowledge.

- Security best practices in web development.
