Full Stack Engineer - React.js/Node.js

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js and Node.js to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. Youll work across the stackfrom crafting user-friendly front-end interfaces to building robust backend services and APIs. Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain front-end applications using React.js with reusable, scalable components.

- Design and implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Manage and optimize databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability.

- Write unit and integration tests, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

- Stay current with best practices in JavaScript, Node.js, React, and ecosystem tools.

Culture & Expectations :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3- 6 years of full stack development experience (adjustable as per seniority).

Strong expertise in :

- React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization, Redux/Zustand/MobX).

- Node.js & Express.js for building scalable backend services.

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices.

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
