Full Stack Engineer - React.js/Node.js

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expert-level proficiency in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate is not just a coder but a true problem-solver who can analyze, strategize, design, implement, and test robust solutions with ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).

- Conduct impact analysis for enhancements and bug fixes to ensure system stability.

- Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) aligned with business requirements.

- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps to drive solutions end-to-end.

- Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.

- Exhibit strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Must-Have Skills :

- Expert-level experience in React.js and Node.js (minimum 5+ years hands-on).

- Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and JSON.

- Strong experience in building enhancements, bug fixes, and system impact analysis.

- Proven ability to design at both HLD & LLD levels.

- Solid understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration, automation).

- Ability to analyze requirements, strategize solutions, and execute independently.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and code quality.
