Full Stack Engineer - React.js/AngularJS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of full stack technologies, and can take ownership of complex product features from design to deployment. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and a product-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications (frontend + backend)

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features

- Take ownership of end-to-end product modules and ensure performance, security, and scalability

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation

- Analyze functional requirements, create Use Cases, and contribute to UML diagrams

- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 610 years of hands-on experience in full stack development

- Proficient in one or more frontend frameworks : React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Strong backend experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET Core

- Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and Microservices

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprint-based development environments

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver complex technical projects on time

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to the product development lifecycle from concept to deployment

- Hands-on experience with functional analysis, UML modeling, and Use Case design
