Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled React Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks like React.js and Next.js, along with solid backend development experience using Node.js or Python-based frameworks.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and secure applications.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain full stack application features.

- Work independently on assigned tasks under technical lead supervision.

- Build responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React or NextJs.

- Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJs or Python.

- Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs.

- Actively participate in code reviews and follow clean coding practices (WIP / WIPE style).

- Collaborate with internal teams, product owners, and stakeholders.

- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security.

- Deliver tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.

- Participate in client discussions when required.

Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Implement server-side rendering (SSR), routing, and API routes in Next.js.

- Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.

- Building Custom UI components.

Backend Development :

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using :

- Node.js (Express.js / NestJS) or

- Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask).

- Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation.

- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of backend services.

Database Management :

- Design and manage databases using :

- SQL databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL.

- NoSQL databases : MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB.

- Write efficient queries and optimize database performance.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Write and maintain unit tests using Jest.js.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

DevOps & Deployment :

- Containerize applications using Docker.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.

- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (exposure preferred).

- Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1 to 3 years of experience with React.js and Next.js.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with backend frameworks in Node.js or Python.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of Jest.js for unit testing.

- Experience with Docker and containerization.

- Understanding of basic CI/CD concepts.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web architecture.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

GOOD-TO-HAVE :

- Exposure to AI services and AI model consumption.

- (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / AWS AI services).

- Experience integrating AI-powered APIs.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for :

- Faster coding.

- Code review and refactoring.

- Better delivery quality.

- Experience using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.

- Understanding of clean coding practices (WIP / WIPE style).
