We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to design and maintain a secure, data-driven web platform for our dealer network. This individual will be responsible for building and integrating multiple functional modules - including user management, invoice tracking, sales order creation, quote generation, and a dynamic vehicle parts catalog. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WordPress, PHP, and API integrations, coupled with the ability to design intuitive interfaces that can be managed by non technical users.

Education and Experience :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in full-stack web development or similar role & Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles (Polymorphism, Encapsulation).

- Proven experience in WordPress (custom theme/plugin development).

- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and Webhooks.

- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Knowledge of OAuth authentication methods.

- Experience implementing Material Design principles.

- Familiarity with database management (MySQL or similar).

Roles and responsibilities :

1. Portal Development & Architecture (40%) :

- Design, develop, and maintain a secure dealer portal with role-based access control.

- Implement modules for invoice viewing, sales orders, and quote generation with dynamic cost calculations (shipping, brokerage, import fees).

- Create and maintain an advanced vehicle parts catalog with hierarchical assemblies and pricing details.

- Ensure smooth integration with ERP and external APIs for real-time data synchronization.

2. API & System Integrations (30%) :

- Integrate ERP, shipping, and brokerage APIs for data automation.

- Build and maintain Webhooks for efficient system communication.

- Ensure robust security and error handling for all API connections.

3. User Interface & Data Management (20%) :

- Develop a user-friendly admin panel for non-technical users to update catalogs, rates, and pricing.

- Follow Material Design principles to ensure a consistent and responsive interface.

- Implement tools for internal monitoring and invoice verification workflows.

4. Maintenance & Optimization (10%) :

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

- Maintain documentation and perform periodic updates for scalability and security.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
