Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in designing and building scalable enterprise applications along with hands-on exposure to AI/LLM integrations. The ideal candidate should have deep experience across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud deployment, and modern AI-powered application development.
The role requires strong technical leadership, architectural understanding, problem-solving capabilities, and experience working in fast-paced product or enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js,

React.js, and Node.js.

- Lead frontend development initiatives using React.js, reusable components, and modern UI

practices.

- Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend

services.

- Drive system design, database optimization, and application performance improvements.

- Integrate AI/LLM services such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms into business

applications.

- Build AI-enabled solutions including chatbots, intelligent automation tools, recommendation

systems, and workflow assistants.

- Collaborate with architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional

engineering teams.

- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

- Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices.

- Ensure high standards for scalability, security, reliability, and deployment processes.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, ES6+, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Experience building enterprise-scale distributed applications and REST APIs.

- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security mechanisms.

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).

- Good understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and application architecture.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, Vector Databases, or AI Agents.

- Exposure to Python for AI/ML integrations.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

- Experience with SaaS or product-based platforms.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to drive technical ownership and lead development initiatives.
