- Build customer-specific integrations with compliance and identity vendors across global markets

- Deliver production-ready APIs, workflows, and configurations with rapid deployment cycles

- Own end-to-end lifecycle from problem scoping to deployment and iteration

- Debug real-time production issues across distributed systems and third-party integrations

- Translate customer compliance needs into scalable technical solutions and platform features

- Scale reusable patterns from custom builds into standardized internal tooling and workflows

Must-Haves for this Role:

- 3+ years software engineering experience in production systems

- Proficiency in Python / Go / Java / Node.js

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

- Cloud experience with AWS / GCP / Azure

- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience integrating third-party APIs at scale
